Dr. Mordicai Sahmbi is the Head of Trax and the mastermind behind a plot to control the world in our time by sending criminals from the year 2193. Sahmbi synthesized T.X.P. the chemical needed to send people back in time. Sahmbi has a secret laboratory under the Smithsonian Institute.

Sepp Dietrich is the prime suspect in 12 political assasinations. He is very unstable and must be returned to 2193.

Your main objective in this mission is to find these two men and return them for punishment in 2193.
