All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.

Clear photos of the damaged or defective item and its packaging

Once we review your claim, we may, at our discretion, provide a replacement, refund, or store credit if the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or sent in error.

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or improper handling is not covered.
